Yoga with Baby is a slow yoga class emphasizing breath awareness, building strength and mind-body connection.

In this class there will be a focus on body awareness. You will strengthen your core, pelvic floor, back and shoulders, as well as improve your mobility.


**Good to know**

* This class is designed to support new mothers from six weeks after birth.

* Please bring your own yoga mat, as well as a blanket or play-mat for your baby.

* Fathers and babies are welcome as well.

Yoga with Baby

In this class you will focus on connecting with your body and taking care of yourself and your needs.

This is a gentle and soft practice, inviting self-compassion, body awareness and mindfulness. You will practice breathing, postures (asana), soft stretches, self-massage and relaxation techniques in order to reduce stress, regulate your nervous system and ground yourself in your body.
