At the lovely Hot Yoga House studio, you can choose from a variety of classes based on what suits you!
Here, the goal is to keep the studio in a smaller format to maintain the personal and inviting environment and in this way be able to welcome everyone who comes.
You don't need any previous experience, just come as you are. And most importantly, drop all expectations and come with an open mind!
Good to know
Check in at least ten minutes before the class to keep your spot. It will then be released to the studio's members. Doors are locked five minutes before class, so please arrive on time.
Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. This is available for purchase, but not for rent.
You will sweat a lot - drink lots of water during the day. Preferably do not eat anything two hours before your class.
Wear what you feel comfortable in. However, no shoes, socks and preferably nothing too big and bulky as this can feel in the way.
Read through the studio's rules.
Stay inside the yoga room during the entire class. It is normal to feel a little dizzy or nauseous in the beginning. You are welcome to take a break by sitting down on your mat.
