Imagine a yoga class with no distractions, and no sounds from the outside world to pull you away from the practice. An experience with only music floating through your ears, and the teacher's instructions guiding you through a gentle, yet empowering flow.

Welcome to the 3KT tent for this very special event where you can experience Vinyasa Yoga in a new way.

Silent Yoga (3KT)

Join the talented team from Blush Yoga Skin for a dynamic and calming class. With the help from silent headphones, you can fully immerse yourself in relaxation and body focus.

The class begins with breathwork, allowing you to connect with your inner self and find a sense of calm. From there, you will flow seamlessly into a yin flow, where you can gently stretch and release tension in your body.
