It is recommended that you take the intro class your first time at hale.

Good to know

• The studio at Garnisonen is on the bottom floor. At Banérgatan 28, enter through the gate and walk straight ahead to entrance 28B, see map. On your lefthand side, you’ll see the studio's windows.

• The code to the door at Garnisonen is 3824. It works 15 minutes prior and after class, and is also valid for the bathroom outside the studio.

• hale recommends breathing on an empty or light stomach, to reap the most benefits of the breathwork.
