In order to achieve our ambitious plans we are now looking for a talented CRM Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll be responsible for the customer journeys in all our markets (currently Sweden, Norway & Denmark) and make sure that our customer communication is at its best. As we’re a scaling company, this role will be both strategic and operational. Some days will be all about strategizing around questions like how to activate and engage our customers, work with churn prevention, loyalty and personalization. Other days you’ll be working hands-on in the system; creating templates, updating flows and making sure translations are in place. You’ll play an important role in a small team and you’ll report to our CMO. What you will do:

  • Develop & iterate the MA-strategy
  • Manage the CRM system and customer database
  • Engage and retain customers across the Nordic region
  • Ongoingly work with everything from activation to winback
  • Work with personalization and segmentation
  • Analyze data to improve the customer journey and reduce churn
  • Follow up and measure impact of different CRM initiatives
  • Report & follow up on key metrics (eg. churn rate, open rate, CLV etc)
  • Be the main point of contact for CRM-agency
  • Other activities that broadly falls within the scope of the role

What we want you to bring:

  • Member centric mindset and strong will to understand behaviors and underlying drivers
  • Analytical mindset & technical knowledge
  • Experience working with customer data
  • Experience working with CRM-tools (Braze is a big plus)
  • Experience working with segmentation and building personalized customer journeys
  • Experience of following brand guidelines
  • An eye for design & details
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
