In order to achieve our ambitious plans we are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll be splitting your time between managing online campaigns and optimizing the customer journey. We believe you’re passionate about digital marketing in general and paid social in particular, and you come filled with fresh ideas on how to acquire new customers. You will also be working hands-on in our CRM-system and be responsible for both retaining and engaging the current customer base. You’ll play an important role in a small team and you’ll report to our CMO. What you will do:

  • Develop & implement the digital marketing strategy
  • Take part in campaign planning and the creative process
  • Plan, optimize and follow up on all online campaigns (main focus on paid social)
  • Main point of contact when/if working with digital agencies
  • Responsible for tracking and analyzing KPIs such as CAC & CLV
  • Ongoingly monitor, analyze and act on data to drive conversion
  • Implement and iterate the CRM plan
  • Follow up and measure impact of different CRM initiatives and report to the organization
  • Engage and retain customers. Analyze data to improve the customer journey and reduce churn
  • Other activities that broadly falls within the scope of the role

What we want you to bring:

  • Member centric mindset and strong will to understand behaviors and underlying drivers
  • Analytical mindset, experience of working with data and solid GA experience
  • A great understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience working with paid social, display and search
  • Experience working with CRM-tools (Braze is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
